1. What format are your design plans in?

You will receive a PDF file containing all respective drawing sheets for each design plan. Each sheet is drawn by hand in the USA on engineering paper and professionally scanned for the best possible quality.

2. Are there step by step instructions included in your design plans?

Since there are countless ways of approaching a new build, we don't offer our design plans in a step by step format. Rather, we provide all of the information you need to complete the build, including a materials list, overall dimensions, cutting details, and assembly recommendations. This way, you can complete the build using whichever method you feel comfortable with and the tools you have available.

3. Can I modify or customize a design plan to better suit my needs?

Absolutely! Our design plans are intended to be a base on which you can build and improve upon. Whether it's custom mounting brackets, cable management cutouts, cupholders, custom lighting, or endless varieties of wood finishing, there's no limit to how creative you can get!

5. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes!

6. Where do you ship from?

Depending on product availability, we may ship from either the United States or Hong Kong.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

7. Can I change or cancel my order?

Since we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours for physical product orders. All requests after this time will be denied. Digital product orders are shipped immediately after your order is placed, so order cancellation is not possible.

9. When will my order be processed?

All physical product orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders from Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of the order date and shipped the day after they are processed. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

10. How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, physical product orders may up to two (2) to four (4) weeks to arrive. Digital product orders are available to download immediately after your order is placed.

11. What if I don't receive my order?

If you don't receive your order within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

12. Will I be charged with customs and taxes? (For International Customers)

The prices displayed on our site are tax free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details, please contact your local customs office.

14. What if the item(s) I receive are defective, incorrect, or damaged?

Please contact us if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

15. When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 10 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. It may take some time before the refund is posted your account. Please contact your card provider for further details.
